Return Policy
Absolutely no returns or refunds for artwork.
If you receive a damaged product, especially if the packaging appears to be damaged, contact the delivery company and file a claim for damaged product.
If you feel the product was not damaged as a result of the delivery carrier, please contact us immediately via email at maelynn.artdesign@gmail.com. You must include proof of the damaged product with the packaging. If we do not receive proof of damaged product that includes a photo of the product, claimed damage, and packaging within 24 hours of delivery, you forfeit your right to a replacement item or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse replacement or refunds for any reason including but not limited to false claims of damage, dissatisfaction of product, and delayed delivery.
